Bob began his venture into real estate and construction at an early age of 14 working along side an uncle who was a master mechanic of almost all building trades honing his skills and knowledge first hand.

His knowledge of how to apply those skills came from working on real estate investment project his father had acquired.  Learning how to time manage sub-contractors, identify hidden issues in advance and maximize budget dollars without compromising quality or material.

With a degree from Temple University in Architectural design and building construction technology he began his career as both a consultant and project coordinator for several residential communities throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Eventually starting his own construction company and began building residential homes including single and multi-family.

Over a period of 45 years completed hundreds of projects before venturing into the field of construction consultant aiding other builders and home owners in identifying their needs for honest evaluation of proposed construction projects of all sizes and complexities to provide an objective plan for completion keeping in mind timeframe and financial budget to bring about a satisfying result for buyers and homeowners.
